ISSA Group Fitness
Step#1: Pre-Work
I am a young man and I know it is really very important to take care of my health. I have to do a lot of things on a daily basis, and if my body is not fit and the brain is not sharp, then it can never be possible for me to get success in any walk of life. The purpose of this fitness plan is to help other young people understand the value or importance of self-care or personal health and wellbeing. My target audience is any boy or girl of my age who is looking to shed extra pounds and wants to have a fit, slim, and energetic body.
The first equipment I have decided to use is a horizontal seated leg press. I will go for quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves. It is worth my time because when we use the correct technique, we can easily move toward squats off the machine. The second option is the lat pulldown. It is suitable for people who love doing pull-ups. I can build my back muscles and activate the whole posterior chain with this workout or equipment. Next, I have planned to use a cable biceps bar. This is used to do biceps and is a great way to have a fit and slim body without any major issue.
My first teaching strength is that I can use all of these machines, workouts, or equipment efficiently to make my students or companions understand how each one actually works. I do not want to put anybody in trouble by asking them to try these machines or workouts themselves. Instead, I believe in teaching them in a practical way and I am ready to take risks for this purpose. My second strength is that I am ready to spend hours in the gym with the students and can opt for the best available resources and methods to explain things to them in a better and efficient manner. I do not believe in quitting and I am mostly ready to do workouts for hours even when I feel a little tired. My only weakness is that I cannot teach how to use the available machines or do workouts to a large group of people. This means I can handle a small group of students at a time. For example, if there are 20 people who want to learn something, then I would like to divide them into two groups, with each group having ten individuals.
As already said, I cannot handle so many people at a time. The maximum number of individuals I am able to handle simultaneously is 12. If there are more than 12, then I will surely want them to come to me in groups.
My main and favorite exercises are ab machine, cardio machine, high-intensity exercises, rowing, stair climbing, treadmill, fan biking, and others. However, I will try to opt for any available machine in the gym as I do not want to stick to these options only.
I do not think these exercises are challenging or difficult. In fact, they are among the easiest option...
