You are required to use the format below for all chapter cases. 

To summarize the chapter case, you should read the case, analyze it, and then condense it. Include the key points that are pertinent to understanding the case; omit those that are not. This is similar to an Executive Summary that you may have experienced in the business/professional world or in other classes. The summary should be at least a paragraph no more than two paragraphs. When you have finished, the reader of your summary should have a complete understanding of the case, but with much less detail than provided by the textbook author.

Answer the chapter case questions completely, in complete sentences using the doctrine provided in the chapters of the text, your analysis of the case, and your experience/judgment.  If a question has more than one part, ensure you answer all of it. A response should be in-depth and not a few sentences. Be sure to include at least one in-text citation from the course textbook chapters to justify your opinion in response to the questions to connect your Work Cited reference.
