Organizations have a set of goals that need to be attained to succeed. The organization needs to devise an action plan to attain these goals. Strategic implementation actions serve to match the resources with the action plans to get the best of the plan. Costco is renowned as a global retailer, mainly dealing with groceries (Costco Wholesale) but has of late ventured into other businesses that require new implementation actions to uphold the business processes.
Costco Connection
Costco, a membership-only retail giant that does not rely on advertisement promotional strategy like its peers to promote sales, has found an alternative action plan through the Costco Connection magazine.
