Rationale – why will you research and profile this country? What influenced your decision to choose this country?
The impact of globalization is taking effect at a significant rate, creating a need for investors to rethink selling their products locally. Going international is no longer optional, but mandatory for firms that want to compete at the international level. Going international presents challenges for both established and new business. The challenges may emanate from shifting consumer behavior, difference in legal application, stiff competition in the new market, and difference in cultures in the new market. Saudi Arabia, also called the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) is one of the vibrant economies in this era, but there are factors that investors have to consider before taking their businesses to this country. The rationale for choice of this country is to equip the researcher and general public sufficient information on the market profile of Saudi Arabia. The researcher was influenced by two main factors in choosing this country. One of the factors was the difference in cultural values, considering that Saudi Arabia is a Muslim country. The other motivating factor was the nature of the Saudi market and the law of “Saudization.” The researcher hoped that the findings from this research could provide sufficient and reliable information for scholars and he potential investors with interest in Saudi Arabia.

From the economic point of view, Saudi Arabia is becoming a vibrant country f investment for companies that want to remain impactful. According to Index Mundi survey, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) is among the leading countries with the vibrant consumers in the age bracket of twenty-four to fifty-four years. The goal of any investor is to win the trust of consumers and start providing goods and services that resonate with the mind of the client.
