I am writing this letter concerning the recent lawsuit that Runza International has threatened to file in court concerning the Ronza mark of your product. I want to inform you that the trademark Runza is registered in the United States Patent and Trademark by Runza National, Inc and not Runza International. The naming of the applicant for the trademark Runza can help Pagliai’s Pizza win the case as the complainant’s name does not tally with the name on the USPT’s database.
