Harrah’s focuses on both future rewards and goal setting approaches to motivate the employees. Herzberg's Two-Factor Theory of Motivation highlights that job satisfaction depends on motivating factors and hygiene factors. Satisfaction that is mainly the result of the motivation factors, which help increase the individual's satisfaction but have little effect on dissatisfaction (Zepeda 144).
