Many people are predicting the end of physical stores, business analysts, journalist and industry professional using words like ‘Apocalypse, Meltdown, and disaster to describe the low performance of retail stores in 2017 (Conick 4). The rise of mobile devices has revolutionized retail shopping. Retail businesses are going bankrupt because the changing customer shopping preferences (Conick 9).
Mobile devices have changed how customers behave, including how they make shopping, causing disruption in the retail industry (Conick 11). Bonobos are among the few retail stores that have made major adjustments to deliver exceptional customer service.
SWOT analysis
Strengths
Cody Bauer, the vice president at Bonobos, has been the driving force behind the success of Bonobos retail shop.
