The seven driver of SEJ are as follows: Facilities of Seven-Eleven Japan are well-monitored and have been continuing to adapt modern changes in the society. These facilities serve as one of the assets of SEJ along with the goods they are selling in their physical stores; these must be as flexible as their tactic which they call “freshness”. The facilities stand as their aid in running the business successfully every single day. SEJ Inventory becomes challenging as the day goes by. Business is about profit and to continue gaining, the business must be regulated through inventories. For SEJ to become competitive they developed machines that can meet the task time required regarding sales; they provided Point of Sale (POS) which helps in regulating delivery statuses and receives cash through their granted cards, ISDN (Integrated Service Digital Network) which also helped POS especially during its first release, Graphic Order Terminal which helps in presenting their inventory though graphs, charts and pictures and scanner terminals to determine and check the product’s freshness. By these technologies, inventory of sales becomes easier. Transportation of SEJ is, as precise and organized as, their inventory. Time is as valuable as money. Thus, deliveries in numerous branches of SEJ should not be delayed; if so, further measures are to be followed. Information is part of SEJ’s success through the years. In everyday sales, information about their products is important; the company will be able to know which and when these goods are be displayed.
