A sufficient amount of focus cannot be placed on technology's role in human life. As technology advances faster and becomes more user-friendly, consumers' lives will get easier. Humans must learn to adapt to the constantly changing world around them to keep their competitive edge in today's world. Hotels today rely heavily on technology, making significant advances in recent decades. Numerous facets of hotel operations have become more efficient due to technological advances. Some hotels have to cut costs to stay open during the off-season since their rates are low. To attract more guests, Pax Hotel may want to cut the rates of its business and leisure rooms by 10%. In the third and fourth quarters of 2013, Pax Hotel received two calls for bids. They won these honors because of their ability to establish prices at different times of the year.
