Introduction to the Selected Products
The magic keyboard for iPad Pro is a relatively new product that is very well-made and expensive ad-on for the tablet. It is an incredible input device for iPad Air and iPad Pro 11-inches. The product is characterized by fantastic typing experiences, a trackpad that opens in incredibly innovative ways to ensure compatibility with iPadOS, back and front protection, and a USB-C port for pass-through charging. The product has a free cantilever design that allows for magnetic attaching iPad Air and iPad Pro and quickly adjusting them to the ideal viewing angle for the user (Apple Inc., 2022). These features are easy to identify in the picture below.

Introduction to the Value Proposition Canvas
A value proposition is the promise of value that is to be delivered, communicated, and recognized. It is the belief of the customer concerning how value would be experienced, delivered, and acquired. A value proposition canvas is an instrument that positions a service or product to ensure it meets both existing and prospective customers’ needs and values. It is built around two blocks – the customer segment as well as the enterprise’s value proposition. Whereas value proposition includes products and services, pain relievers, and gain creators, the customer segment comprises gains, pains, and customer jobs.
The Key Components of the Value Proposition Canvas
The customer segment block of the value chain proposition comprises gains, pains, and customer jobs. Concerning the gains, laptop users needed and expected that the manufacturers and brands would create a solid keyboard good for travel, solid feel, and a pretty decent strike, compared to the old Smart Keyboard for the iPad Pro. Other factors that would increase the chances of customers adopting the product value proposition include ample backlit keys, responsive typing, and a 1 mm travel scissor system. The customers are also likely to have pains (negative experiences, risks, and emotions) while using the product because it is difficult to adjust the backlighting on the keyboard itself.
