Questions:
1. My strategy is to (hopefully) expand the number of stores and eventually franchise, while focusing on serving only high-quality fresh ingredients. What are three specific human resource management implications of my strategy (including specific policies and practices)? (What are HR Implications?- Angelo's Strategy is growth and expansion. So, what are the HR implications of Angelo's Growth Plans. Meaning, what does he need to implement from an HR standpoint based on the information presented in the case to be successful with this strategy. In other words, Establish the people requirements and ensure that the organization is set up to successfully execute on those requirements. )
2. Identify and briefly discuss five specific human resource management errors that I’m currently making.
3. Develop a structured interview form that we can use for hiring (1) store managers, (2) wait staff, and (3) counter people/pizza makers. (Interview questions should be related to each specific job and include questions that are based on job knowledge, situational, or behavioral. So, you should have a section for each job. You can also have some general questions that are relevant to and can be asked of all job categories.)
4. Based on what you know about Angelo’s, and what you know from having visited pizza restaurants, write a one-page outline showing specifically how you think Angelo’s should go about selecting employees. (You should use a standard "full sentence" outline format NOT a "topic" format. So, each main topic would be a Roman Numeral (I, II, II, IV, etc.), then your subtopics would be underneath it (A, B, C, D) and so on. See the following two sites for examples of a full sentence outline. Make sure you provide enough details so I understand the selection plan you are proposing for Angelo's. https://rasmussen(dot)libanswers(dot)com/faq/32339Links to an external site. and https://www(dot)ndsu(dot)edu/pubweb/~cinichol/271/OutlinesHowTo.htmLinks to an external site.

Angelo’s Pizza HR Case Analysis
I. Objective 1: HR Implications of Angelo’s Growth Plans
The strategy is directed towards expanding stores and franchising the brand. While the focus is on using high-quality fresh ingredients in the preparation of pizza, it requires some HR implications to ensure the success of business growth plans. Three significant HR implications of Angelo's growth plans include:
* Performing Job Analysis
The central HR implication is the need for a strategic plan explaining the skills and requirements of the job at the company. Employees must know their job expectations and the skills needed to perform (Dessler, 2020, so they can assess their potential and need for further improvement.
* Formal Recruitment and Selection Process
The staff hired must have the knowledge, experience, and appropriate training to handle the ingredients and raw materials used to prepare pizza (Angelo’s Pizza, 2022). The acquisition of ingredients from authentic suppliers by designated staff is essential to maintain the flow of supply and process.
* Well-Designed Orientation and Personnel Training
The growth of a business requires employee efficiency, productivity, and retention. The turnover rate at Angelo's is high due to a need for more training and skills. Good employees leave the company because they do not find the working environment challenging. Employee training and skill development can improve the quality of the working process.
II. Objective 2: Five Human Resource Management Errors by Angelo
A. Employee Recruitment Error
Angelo uses a rudimentary hiring strategy making it difficult for the company to recruit the right people for the right job. The people selected for the job do not fit the job description, which causes loss to the business due to performance inefficiency. The company needed rational hiring of the employees (Dessler, 2020). The random selection of candidates only increases the cost of business.
B. Strategic HR Planning Error
The company needs more strategic HR planning, which makes its business process highly ineffective (Dessler, 2020). Angelo does not use any HR management system, and work processes and business activities are carried out randomly without appropriate planning. They expected the employees to learn about their job while working.
C. Ignoring the Job Description for a Particular Job Position
Angelo's case analysis shows that the company was involved in the random hiring of the employees without screening candidates, reference checks, or skills specifications. Pizza company employees require different skill levels based on their job description. Their job description must match their position (Dessler, 2020). For instance, the company was looking for service-oriented employees, so it must advertise the position accordingly. The interview process should emphasise the personality traits needed for a customer service-oriented business, hiring the right people for the job more effective.
D. Lack of Training and Development Program for the Designated Positions
