The Andersons Key Account Management Program is the one that I favor the most out of the many different solutions that have been suggested for the following reasons: the company will benefit from having a key account manager to build good, long-term relationships with the customers that they already have. Customer relations is and will always be the most important element of any business, since it determines their business operations and long-term sustainability. This is the solution that I favor the most out of the many different solutions that have been suggested. Using the program, the profitability of the business will be the key determinant of the compensation given to the employees. Employees in this case ranges from the management to the staff. This will be crucial in pushing all the workers towards increased productivity and responsibility for the company. I think the program is the best choice out of all the other ideas that have been put forward as possible solutions. As a direct result of this, the process of acquiring additional customers will run more efficiently. In addition, the goals of the company will be readjusted so that they are more in line with the new direction of the business, with a particular emphasis placed on the relationship between revenue and the wages paid to employees.
Small and medium-sized businesses will benefit from hiring key account managers also called subject matter experts in a certain area or group.
They will be able to better understand the demands of the consumers as a result of this, and they will be able to assign the necessary resources to the clients who are the best fit for those resources based on the demands of the consumers. They would benefit tremendously from having access to this information. According to the case, the first round of conversations begins with the request for proposals (RFPs), and before beginning the process, it is recommended to have key account managers already in place. If you did this, it would be much easier to create a successful RFP that fully satisfies the requirements that the customer has outlined for you. If they take these steps, there is an extremely high likelihood that they will be able to bring in a greater number of customers and patrons. Because business development officers are unable to provide customers with the appropriate level of knowledge, information, and expert viewpoints, and because business development officers are unable to be experts like key account managers, any other solution, such as putting together a team of business development officers, will not be helpful.
