Macro-environment analysis determines the external environment that may jeopardize the success of a business, including political, economic, socio-cultural, technological, environmental, and legal forces (Alanzi, 2018). The external environment for the business is stable due to political stability in Toronto; therefore, there will be no political threats to the business. Besides, there are lenient laws regarding animal business in the area with limited regulations making the business feasible. Based on the socio-cultural aspect, society has a positive attitude towards pets, especially cats making it environment friendly for the business. The economy is also stable with low price fluctuations and automated technology for cat boarding. Therefore, the macro-environment is feasible for the business.
