A company leader is responsible for leading the company to achieve greater success. The Unilever Philippines company has started experiencing a decline in growth with its diversity limited only to one region. Rohit, being the leader, took the mantle of making the company better following his ideas and efforts to guide the people towards the best thing to do. He established the company's vision, which acted as a guide for the new plans for the company. According to Rohit, a team was built to facilitate the actions to be done by the members and aligned with the company vision.
A great team was built that was able to facilitate the change of the company. The company became diversified following the increased marketing scope and the interaction with the Filipinos. The company's diversity brought about increased sales and knowledge of the consumers about the company (Singh, 2017). The team was able to allocate resources to every individual to contribute towards success and growth. Rohit was the leader in charge f the whole transformation as he spirited the company towards succeeding by sharing his ideas with the company members.
The company started experiencing growth in sales and status, with many countries knowing the company. This was able to initiate the development that all started as a result of Rohit. Rohit was the primary catalyst for the company to succeed as he helped bring out a better idea to prevent the death of the company that would have rendered the employees jobless. The actions displayed by Rohit brought about his main trait of being a leader, which benefitted the company. Despite the company taking a long period of about nine months to witness the change, it finally brought the company's success and increased its competitive advantage in the market. Rohit's leadership also motivated the Unilever employees to work harder and help the company achieve much. In this context, Rohit is both a leader and role model in the Unilever Philippines company.

The creation of an extended empowered leadership team for the Unilever company was essential so that the company could be able to expand further. The leadership team was assigned to bring strength to the middle management teams, and employees back Filipinos who have more experience in the field and could help bring diversity and growth. The below factors created an empowered extended leadership team;
