Introduction
The president at Centurion Media signed a suspicious deal with North park. The agreement required the centurion cable television systems in the cable division to sell all advertising inventories at low rates than the usual (Conn, Guess & Hiatt, 2008). The vice president knew that sealing of the agreement would result in the downfall of the firm. Bennett had been in the position of manager in the cable network systems department in the company for almost ten years. The experience he had gained would be used to judge the contract and prove that the transactions will lead to tremendous losses. As the regional vice president, Bennet realizes that he has a great task of opposing the agreement despite the consequences. All the employees have worked hard towards the achievement of the attained goals, and Bennett cannot watch one individual reap the benefits simply because he is the president. The vice president seeks help from the regional sales editor, who advises him to inform all the vice presidents in other regions. However, Bennett has to take immediate action to stop Fowler from proceeding with the deal.

This behavior is practically wrong because other people could have better ideas. Listening to all employees’ opinions would yield a significant final decision on all matters regardless of the severity of the situation. Fowler did not consult the right departments to know the volume of unsold inventories and how the workers had strained to get to that level. The president didn't think about signed annual contracts with other customers and the reputation of the firm after the termination of such deals. Centurion Media would lose many customers if they agreed to sign the contract. Unfortunately, the president focused on his center of interest and the personal profits he would gain from the deal.
Joseph Fowler is a frightening leader who fires everyone questioning his decisions. The man terminates long term employees as well so that they don't get on his way whenever he implements wrong choices. Forcing other employees to look like invisible creatures at work by following everything applied does the job of this president successful according to his thinking and reasoning. Fowler wants to gain everyone's attention by trying to look excellent and perfect at the expense of all other employees. Fowler knew that the deal between the two media firms would benefit him alone. Centurion Media would face severe...
