Marketing the resort as a completely child-free property is the best option as it matches with the vision of their resort of giving adults the best getaway environment and experience. In other words, using this option the resort will be able to give the experience that matches with their vision and marketing plan. On the other hand, considering the target market, the number of people without children has risen from 48% of women without children to 59%, therefore, this shows that the target market has nothing to do with children thus without children option is the best marketing plan. More even, the birthrate for first time mothers has risen to 29 years thus giving potential to the childfree market plan as this shows there are higher chances of attracting childless potential customers who are at the age of having fun. Further still, the child-free travel has hit the notch with many other businesses like airlines and restaurants giving free travel packages to couples thus Lisa and Sam need to market their resort following the current trend so as to attract more customers.
