Book Report Instructions:

This is the prompt he wants me to follow:
Victor as God in Frankenstein, by Mary Shelley. Many students and critics have accused Victor of “playing God” by fabricating the Creature in his laboratory. Playing God, though, implies that a character is flawed by excessive hubris, which may or may not be applicable to Victor. Consider your own reaction to this charge, and write an essay in which you construct a solid argument that conveys your position to the reader. You will need to identify Victor’s character traits and explain how they do or do not substantiate the claim that Victor is trying to play God. You will also need to be sure to cite specific actions that Victor takes which provide evidence for your own claims. It might also be useful to consider the ways being in the presence of a "god" affects the Creature in Frankenstein, by Mary Shelley.
Rules for paper:
Do not start your paper as if you are just answering a question. Use your introduction to set up the entire argument. Remember that your reader has not seen the prompt!
1. Do not use first or second person.
2. Do not use contractions or abbreviations.
3. Remember that you must used quoted and cited excerpts from the novel.
4. Always write about events in literature in the present tense.
5. Be SURE to have a Works Cited or Reference page. You are using excerpts from Frankenstein, so that text must be cited in the Works Cited or Reference page. Also, be sure to use in-text, parenthetical citations after each excerpt you use in the paper.

Essentially, Frankenstein is just an illusion with misguided entities which influence the real nature in gloomy prospects. In the play, Victor plays the "God character," which tries to push him to fear nothing or bother about the society he is ruling.
Analysis
Naturally, God is always focused on transforming people and allowing them to have a better life. God creates a positive spirit in people, which generates hope for a better life in society. However, it is not the case with Victor Frankenstein since he defies all the Godly rules (Shelley 15-18). For example, he does not obey rules in society. Notably, every human being is prone to vulnerability, and the future is not defined. Every person has their role of finding their future and where they fit most in the society. Victor being a fictitious character in the play, seems to defy this vital rule in nature. Victor is hit by several misfortunes that prove that the "Godly" character does not fit him. For example, after the death of her mom, Victor blames the monster on the issues. "I...
