Visual And Performing Arts Synopses The Guernica Painting
Your response (critiques) should have two parts:

Guernica
The Guernica painting is one of the most famous works of Pablo Picasso, and similar to other art, the meaning is not identifiable right away and it is being interpreted and analyzed by many. What does the Guernica actually mean? Based on what can be seen on the painting, the setting is in Spain, there is war, and bullfighting.
Actually, a precise description of the Guernica would include a dramatic situation and it was intended for it to be included in the Spanish Pavilion held in Paris at the International Exposition in 1937. The motivation of Pablo Picasso came from the news which came out during the German aerial bombing in Basque town.
Guernica caught the attention of many because it received controversial interpretations, especially because it only has different tones of grey. A Guernica scholar named Anthony Blunt analyzed the painting and says that there is more than one protagonist in the painting. The 1st one is composed of the 3 animals; the wounded horse, bull, and bird which are all part of the background on the left of the painting.
