This article focuses on the contributions of servant leadership in developing care processes and well-being in healthcare setups. It discusses the significance of healthcare managers in leading change and developing practice in healthcare organizations. The article suggests that healthcare managers must become servant leaders, create organizational social support, and adopt an approach whereby staff members suggest appropriate changes. This article's main ideas are key characteristics of servant leadership, which include listening, self-awareness, clear foresight, and mobilization of organizational social support. The article is relevant to my research paper in that it provides insights on important qualities of servant leaders, which I could apply in future business practice. This article is considered scholarly because it is written by researchers whose names are included, it is published in academic journals, and it contains a list of references.
