Justice, social justice, and the aspirations of a fair state judge will all be dealt with by the cross-section of society. However, there are various viewpoints and compromises to be made in this area. For as long as there remains cynicism about the betterment of social and political life in a person's society of personality, it will continue to conceive a just state as a societal ideal. Respect for life, respect, dignity, and other fundamental human rights and freedoms are precious in Uzbekistan. People's spiritual and moral development is aided greatly by eliminating the death penalty in nations like ours. Uzbekistan's death punishment is supported by this study, which explains why.

For war crimes, genocide, terrorism, and crimes against humanity, the death penalty is now applicable in Brazil. On the other hand, the country's constitution prohibits the execution of common offenders. The fact that most Brazilians favor the death sentence makes this study an asset to my work.

Singapore's law and order are well-known worldwide for its tough position on the death sentence, especially for murder and drug trafficking. In 2012, the legislation was changed to allow judges to impose the death sentence or life in prison (with caning) in certain circumstances for non-intentional murder and drug trafficking. The results of a poll done in 2016 on 1500 Singaporeans about their understanding and support for the death sentence are presented in this article.

To reshape the death penalty discussion, I put forth the philosophical case. Finally, the author believes this philosophical viewpoint may be applied to the legal system, particularly restorative justice, as a whole. The death sentence poses several ethical and practical issues, and this study attempts to address those issues.
