Creating an annotated bibliography calls for informed library research, critical reading and analysis, and concise academic writing.
1. Locate and create complete reference citations to books, periodicals, articles, government documents, and website that may contain useful information and ideas on your issue.
2. Briefly examine and review the actual items.
3. Choose those works that provide a variety of perspectives on your topic.
4. Write a concise annotation that summarizes the central theme and scope of the information source. Include one or more sentences that:

Becker, E. A., & Nguyen, X. T. (2014). The current impact of entry-level associate and baccalaureate degree education on the diversity of respiratory therapists. Respiratory care, 59(12), 1817-1824.
Becker & Nguyen (2014), reviewed secondary data got from the 2009 AARC Respiratory Therapist Human Resource in order to determine the link between the choice of entry-level associate or baccalaureate education and variables of gender, race, salary, career advancement, and job satisfaction. Guided by the proposal to transition from an associate degree to a baccalaureate degree for respiratory therapists, they feared the potential risk of the transition on the limitation of the diversity of potential applicants for the profession. Contrary to their hypothesis, they did not get social variations in the therapist with entry-level associate and those with baccalaureate degrees. Their research thus contradicts the fears that an entry-level baccalaureate would reduce the level of diversity that exists in the field of respiratory therapy.
