Introduction
The vision of the Zarathushti community will be based on its strategic plan. The strategic plan is based on a wide vision of the future which is a future full of development and growth for the community, restoration of knowledge and the spirit, in an atmosphere of comfort and trust. The vision will be based on a plan to develop the right infrastructures for human resources (Mistree, & Shahzadi, 1998). The resources will be aimed at driving the youth in the community to spiritual and physical prosperity. This will create pride in the community where no individual is left out. The elders will be responsible to nature the youth who have the power to drive the economy of the community. Everyone will be proud to say proudly "I am a Zarathushti."
The vision will make every member subject of research not because of their past religious affiliation but because we are a vivacious community of the present which is technologically revolutionized to bring the diaspora community together (Coyaji, 2009).
