In the corporate world, it is one thing to hire the staffs that are qualified to tackle the tasks that are required of them, and it is another to forge them to what the firm requires of them. Hundreds of billions go into the training the staff through the various training programs that are set up to assist the employees develop their skills with regard to the demands of the market.
