My interest in real estate sparked at a very young age when I saw a TV commercial featuring a well-dressed woman recreating the role of a real estate agent. I was fascinated by her, and though I had little idea what she was doing, I decided I would pursue the same profession. Later as a teenager, when I came to know what profession she was recreating, I started to approach this field passionately. As I started digging into becoming a real estate agent, I realized that there was so much for me to learn. This revelation further stirred up my interest in real estate. Since then, I have never looked back. As of today, I am a real estate broker, and the journey continues as I am motivated and dedicated to becoming a successful real estate developer. Applying for a Master's degree in real estate development at your prestigious college is a critical step for me in turning my dreams into reality. I am interested in this program because of its high-quality thoroughgoing nature. I believe this program will enable me to seek advanced knowledge of real estate development and gain more insight into the complexities of corporate real estate. I am eager to learn more, and this program will allow me to obtain higher education and grow in real estate.
I believe I am a suitable candidate for this program because of my dreams, educational background, and professional experience. Throughout this journey of pursuing my dreams, I had set out goals I was passionate about and achieved them through sheer hard work and determination. I believe that there are far greater milestones that I need to achieve, and hence I have set further higher goals to achieve them. Successful completion of my Master's degree in real estate development is one of the higher goals I have set for the future. As Orison Swett Marden rightly said, "All who have accomplished great things have had a great aim and have fixed their gaze on a high goal, which sometimes seemed impossible."
I feel that I am blessed in a way that I had no doubts regarding what I wanted to achieve. It is because of this reason that with clarity of mind, I had planned all those steps that I needed to achieve and the ones I need to achieve in the future.
