Personal Marketing Plan Assignment
This assignment is to help you market yourself. You are expected to do a lot of reflecting and develop a marketing plan for yourself (no more than 5 pages). This needs to include:

2. You need to develop a PERSONAL SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) analysis of yourself. By self - reflection and honesty, you need to examine your current situation. Conduct an honest SWOT analysis of yourself to help you plan for your future by examining your current situation. What are your strengths and weaknesses? How can you capitalize on your strengths and overcome your weaknesses in the short run? What are the external opportunities and threats in your chosen career field? You need to find a(an) industry job prediction quote for your major(Finance!) for 3-5 years out.
3. Create a marketing plan for yourself for the next 3-5 years. Include such ideas as networking, courses/workshops you might take to overcome your weaknesses, what you see as step progressions toward the career you are seeking, etc. Regardless of your major, if you do not know what you want to do career-wise, develop strategies to test the waters in the various areas.
4. Create a few short term metrics to assess your progress toward this broader vision (such as industries/companies to target for possible networking opportunities, etc.)
5. Literally develop a timeline for yourself for the next 3-5 years so you can hold yourself accountable.

Personal mission statement
I have been thinking about my career as a private equity associate and life development recently, given the number of opportunities provided in the job market. As you all know, a private equity associate is a manager in a bank dealing with prospective investors, helping with purchased investments, and conducting due diligence with available customers of a venture bank. They assist all through the transaction journey, from commencement to closing. My personal life appears to be going fine. I want to meet new people with extensive portfolios. I find private equity highly rewarding, both fiscally and individually. I know my proficiency in MS Office programs like PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. I possess knowledge of fiscal modeling and estimation, some bookkeeping, making sound investment suggestions, and raising finances. I hope to take a great deal of contentment from productively assisting their portfolio firms to new high productivity levels. Future private equity associates have to deal with creating growth and preparing for new opportunities that they may not yet understand. An essential challenge for today's leaders is how can I achieve excellent results while also helping potential investors succeed? By responding to the challenge, I will carry out a SWOT analysis of my personality to know if I am capable.
