Introduction: Facts and issues
Exports are part of the business processes where the legibility of the products should always be investigated. Most of the chemical products used in other continents originate from the United States. The contrast of this is that most of these chemicals are not used within the country. They are exported to other countries whereby they are used there CITATION Vel12 \p 286 \l 1033 (Velasquez 286). The book, Business Ethics: Concepts and Cases, identifies that 45 tons per hour of chemical substances are said to be toxic and not fit to be handled by people. After realizing that these chemicals are toxic, the United Nations banned U.S. government from exporting such products to other countriesCITATION Vel12 \p 286 \l 1033 (Velasquez 286). Most of these toxic chemicals which are said to be in the form of pesticides and insecticides were banned from being exported or sold to the residents about 10 to 20 years ago. It meant that some of these companies were to be shut down to stop the production of such toxic chemicals.

After being banned from the production of the toxic substances the company didn't quit but went into private production and exportation of these substances to continents such as Africa where the chemicals were used in road construction, to Australia and far eastern countries where the chemicals were used in spray by the residents. The World Health Organization also had to intervene the matter, and they found out that in every hour United States companies exported over 30 tons of substance considered to be hazardous to the society. The World Health Organization also suspected that over 16 tons of the chemical products exported by the U.S. companies are suspected to cause cancer to the individuals who use them.
Statistics indicate that 60% of these products are shipped to the developing countries where they are applied in the agricultural sector. The largest population of the working children in different continents work in the agricultural sector where these chemical products are being used. Over 80 million children in Africa, 152 million in Asia and 17 million in Latin America who work in these fields which apply these chemicals are said to be exposed to the risks of contaminating cancer. These effects are also extended to the other members of the society as they get in touch with the products such as clothes and water which is contaminated. To destroy the other continents, the containers containing the chemicals used by the farmers are even labeled “poison” but due to the fact that they are not the ones who handle the chemicals they let the society handle these hazardous substances which are a menace to the society and especially the youths who handle them. Even though many workers in the developing world...
