You must use the understanding of these ethical theories that has been presented in the course.
Your paper must have six parts:

2. A case description of the business ethics controversy you will evaluate.
3. An ethical evaluation in which you use your ethical theory to explain what would be the right thing to do in the case.
4. An objection to the ethical evaluation.
5. A discussion of which position is better, the original ethical evaluation or the objection. Provide a reason that supports your preference.
6. A concluding paragraph that summarizes what you have done in the paper and provides any additional relevant discussion.
Each of the parts discussed above is worth 25-100 points each, for a total of 400 points. A rubric is available on Canvas. The style you use is up to you but please be consistent. Please include a works cited page.
Procedural justice refers to the fairness and transparency in the processes and the procedures used to make decisions. Compared with only the result, procedural justice pay more attention to the decision-making process and aimed to guarantee the process is unbiased and impartial. It want to ensure that everyone can be treated fairly, and their rights have been respected. In this case, Wayfair openly communicated its stance, stating that it would sell to any customer acting within the law. This aspect aligns with procedural justice principles as it demonstrates a level of transparency in the decision.
In another aspect, even employee of the company make the protests, the company refuse to withdraw from the sale. The procedural justice encourage individual's voice can be heard and get respected in the process. Thus, the level of employee involvement in the decision-making process becomes crucial for procedural justice. If employee concerns were not adequately addressed, it would compromise the fairness of the decision.
This is some of my idea and the ethical theory I think could be used for the case study. You could either decide to use it or not.

A significant aspect of a company's success depends on its employees. If employees experience a sense of involvement, satisfaction, and belongingness, they become great contributors to the company's success. In this instance, employees believed that their concerns were being ignored due to the company's actions. Since Wayfair has been neglecting their perspectives, the only avenue for them to make their voices heard was to express dissent directly through a staged protest (McGee & Levitz, 2019). This study aims to carefully investigate the ethical components of the Wayfair dispute through the discerning lens of Procedural Justice Theory, looking into the fairness and transparency of the decision-making processes involved.
Employee protests have rained down on Wayfair's headquarters in Boston. Employees express their displeasure with the company's $200,000 sale. The company will supply furniture, specifically beds, to a government entity in charge of the border camp. The agreement aims to beautify a facility in Carrizo Springs, Texas, that will provide sanctuary for nearly 3,000 migrant children. This event causes the employees to protest, and in their protest, human-rights advocates join them in their requests to convey their worry about the moral rights of providing supplies for these facilities that will be used to incarcerate migrant children.
