Introduction
IBM (International Business Machines Corporation) is one of the leading technology firms in the world and has a reputation for being a great place to work. One of the key factors attributed to this achievement is the outstanding human resource transformation, which entailed redesigning its talent processes, culture, and systems to align with its business values and strategy. This paper is anchored on the assumption that I am interested in IBM as a potential employee. I am assuming that I am willing to relocate for a position in one of its overseas subsidiaries. Brief History
IBM is a multinational technology firm with head offices in Armonk, New York. Charles Ranlett Flint founded the company in 1911 in order to produce specific hardware for enterprises.
