The person is also very energized to work and creative which makes his/her lead a quality life. A healthy lifestyle helps the body operate in top condition. A healthy lifestyle is multifaceted and requires a person to understand himself/herself to ensure he/she makes the right decisions regarding his/her health. A healthy lifestyle requires a person to eat healthily and exercise. If he/she has other conditions that necessitate tailoring of the diet or exercise, he adjusts the lifestyle to fit his physiological requirements. For example, for people who have inherent deficiencies of some important body nutrients, their lifestyle is adjusted to ensure they can have healthy bodies and live quality lives. A healthy lifestyle has its advantages and disadvantages, and this essay seeks to expound on some of them. Positive impact A healthy lifestyle helps a person to have the energy to work and lead productive lives. The body requires energy, and it is derived from dietary intake. The diet has to have all the nutrients required by the body for optimal performance. Thus, on a light note, the diet must have carbohydrates, proteins and vitamins. Each of these dietary requirements is interdependent, and therefore we are advised to ensure all our dietary intake has all the three to ensure our bodies have the requirements it needs for metabolism. Energy is derived from food intake, and thus our diet must have the right amounts of calorific value to ensure the body has enough energy for basic metabolism and to enable it to perform any other activity the person undertakes.
