Exploring Malvern Neighborhood in Toronto
Known for its preservation of ravine trees, Malvern is located north-east of Toronto city. Typically, every Neighborhood in Canada comprises 10000 people, equivalent to 4 tracts as per the Canadian boundary laws. It has some natural boundaries, such as Malvern Hills, established during the England colonial rule. Malvern's social boundaries include Agincourt, Hillside, and Rouge. Furthermore, Malvern is a host to more than 40 cultures, and the most dominant culture being the Caribbean Canadians. I have lived here for more than six years, and it is one of the beautiful places to live in Canada. There are different faiths; for example, we have Christians being dominant here. The Malvern neighborhood also hosts other cultures, such as the South Asian Canadians who practice Asian culture.
Malvern has neighbored Toronto, which makes it a business hub for many communities. It hosts varied types of business communities such as fiber optic and energy supplies community. Although the neighborhood has a diversified culture, there is a sense of equity in every activity undertaken. People are united, and there is complete inclusivity between the residents and local governments. Malvern has advanced infrastructures since it is extended from Toronto city (City of Toronto, 2012).
Additionally, the neighborhood has nationally recognized institutions such as St. Mother Teresa Academy and Lester B Pearson Institution. These schools absorb both the residents and international students. We have a public library and other recreational facilities such as Malvern Soccer Club and Malvern recreation center. There are several parks around Malvern, for instance, the Malvern Park, Malvern Woods, and McLevin Woods Park. Some health centers include TAIBU Community Health Center, which serves both Malvern and Toronto residents.
Moreover, there is also the Malvern Medical Center, which serves as a hospital and research center. Traditionally, Malvern is dominated by Christians, and some of the worship centers located here include Malvern Emmanuel United Church along 25 Sewells Road and Malvern Christian Assembly along 6705 Sheppard Av. Infrastructure is an essential entity in every neighborhood. The Malvern's infrastructure has helped me understand the neighborhood better; for example, the tracts help identify boundaries between Malvern and Rouge. All the buildings in Malvern Hills tend to be unique, and it also gives a glimpse of other neighborhoods. 20 Park Street is unique, which helps learn the communities surrounded by the park quickly. Recreation centers and schools give an overview of the entire neighborhood. The infrastructure set reflects an easy move in and out of the neighborhood and is not densely populated. The parks and shopping centers have enough space for everyone.
