A brief history of terrorism
In the 1900s, terrorists and terrorism were defined by the media to highlight the violence by nations against its citizens, such as terrorist acts practiced by law enforcement officials in Russia and the injustice of military terrorism practiced in Poland. In the late 1800s, modern terrorism involved systematically applying violence against another country and this as the typical definition in Europe (Law, 2015).
