Besides having great interpersonal and communication skills, he should have outstanding leadership skills and be ready to work under pressure. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, human resource, or relevant field is required. Knowledge of compensations and benefits packages is mandatory. Basically, the candidate selected for this position will be required to work under pressure. His responsibilities include recruiting new staff, checking the compensation system of the company, keeping a track record of everyone, and planning the strategies that could help the company motivate employees in a better way. In addition, the human resource manager has to ensure that the targets of the company are met via proper coaching, training, support, assistance, and recruitment. He will have to implement strategies once in a while, and update the existing policies to promote and communicate professional development while taking care of the laws.
