Disseminating Evidence
To ensure effective dissemination of the findings to the key stakeholders and the greater nursing community, several strategies would be used. (1) Making the content understandable: I will ensure that the disseminated evidence is understandable and clear to the targeted audience. To improve usability, uncomplicated and clear-cut messages will be provided, and the messages would be succinct and to the point. In addition, the messages would be repeated and reiterated. (2) Involving the possible users of the evidence: the possible users will be involved in every phase of the research process, from planning, through implementation, to evaluation (Hanrahan, 2010).
(3) Using different means to disseminate the evidence: these different avenues are press releases - these will provide an effective means of disseminating the research findings particularly to other health care facilities and to the media as well. Press releases will be written for publication in renowned journals including the New England Journal of Medicine, Science Journal, JAMA, and Nature Journal (McCormack et al., 2013).
