My input is as followed:
My reason for becoming a nurse educator is the passion that I have developed for the nursing field that started when I was a young child. I had observed that many of my family members were in the medical field. I also was very dedicated in helping my sick grand mother while she was ailing. I then realized that the love for this field has endless opportunities, and becoming an educator will allow me to apply my knowledge to those who are entering into the field.
The positive and negative learning experiences that I have encountered has provided me a level of expertise that can and will contribute to me being an educator. One particular positive learning experience I recall was very recent in the Covid-19 pandemic. I became one of the many "Heroes" the now new title that nurses have recently earned, as one of my patients was suffering from worsening Hypoxia.
I had to use my cell phone to communicate this to the family via face time media allowing them to view their love one while he was dying. Although this experience was an unpleasant one I found it satisfying that I was able to allow the family to spend that time with their love one in his dying moment.
Although nurses are seen as front-line medical personnel it is unfortunate that we do have to work under unfair conditions such as minimum staffing and dissatisfying wages. We continue working to provide quality care to our patients with very little support from management.
These experiences, both positive and negative, has impacted my decision to become an educator.
You can research the challenges of education. If you need any assistance please let me know.

Introduction
Reason for Becoming a Nursing Educator
My fascination with healthcare, which began when I was very young, ultimately led me to pursue a career in nursing education. As far as I could tell, several family members worked as doctors or nurses. In the same way, I was devoted to taking care of my elderly grandmother. Then I discovered infinite ways to follow my passion, and that teaching is a great way to share what I have learned with others.
Positive and Negative Learning Experiences
My good and bad life experiences have given me a wealth of knowledge that can and will aid me in my career as a teacher. The recent COVID-19 epidemic is one recent event from which I recall taking important lessons. One of my patients was suffering from severe Hypoxia, and I became one of the numerous "Heroes," the new title that nurses have lately received.
So that his loved ones could see him as he passed away, I had to utilize my phone to send a FaceTime video. I am glad I could give the family time with their loved one in his final moments, even if it were a difficult experience overall. Despite our important role in patient care, nurses often face unfavorable working conditions, such as low staffing levels and low pay. Despite receiving little encouragement from upper management, we persist in our efforts to offer excellent care to our patients.
Challenges of Education
The environment has diverse challenges that affect nursing education, especially for students. The challenges faced in educating nurses are grouped into three major groups: inappropriate social norms, limited resources, and an inadequate organizational atmosphere. The inappropriate social norms have resulted in diverse perceptions of the nursing practice (Younas et al., 2019). The ethical consideration within the nursing field has subjected the education atmosphere to wide scrutiny. It results in poor meaning mechanisms for the students within the environment. The inadequate resources within the designated sector have also resulted in undereducation and underperformance of the nursing students due to limited skills and experience.
Resource distribution is the major challenge that has hit the nursing education program. The stipulated profession deals with the lives of human beings. Thus, adequate measures should be put in place to ensure a diversity of resources is available (Fawaz et al., 2018). It will enable the students to gain the required skills for gaining knowledge and experience. The organizational atmosphere that has been established exposes the students to poor professional conduct that undermines the delivery of services to the healthcare system within the environment (Lira et al., 2020). The nurses and patients also face diverse challenges in terms of service delivery and the risk of low-quality services. The availability of limited resources pioneers these practices.
Major Challenges in Future Nursing Education
The main challenge to nursing education shortly is ensuring that the nursing program students receive adequate instructions in the care at an increasing rate of the non-hospitalized based patient population. It w...
