There are three strategies designed for the objective. What you need to do for tactic 1 is make a newsletter. This newsletter should serve strategy 1 and finally help to achieve the objective. Tactic 2 you need to describe what the video will be, and it should serve strategy 2. Tactic 3 and 4 both need to be described to serve strategy 3. Objective: to increase awareness about the A to Z campaign among consumers in Mexico by 15% by December 2023.
Strategy 1: serves Objective / Promote the education of the LGBTQIA+ community aligned with the partnership for the lego group.
Tactic 1: Newsletter with partner organization that’s centered on LGBTIA+ community advocacy. By doing this you are able to gain the audience of the newsletter organization. If you write a story about the campaign with an advocate group, you gain a significant amount of supporters from the online presence since they will receive the information in their inbox.
Strategy 2: serves Objective / Partner with influencers in the community who are from Mexico and have dedicated audiences
Tactic 2: Partner with Alanized (an influencer, you can search about him), figure in the LGBT community from Mexico and Canada. You could run a short commercial video on FB, Instagram, Twitter with him promoting the A to Z campaign. The campaign could have a hashtag, so that way if there are relevant tags it promotes the event.
Strategy 3: serves Objective / Run traditional advertisements in the areas where traffic is high
Tactic 3: Run a TV commercial about A to Z campaign.
Tactic 4: Run spots on the radio about the event.

There are several advocacy groups in Mexico, but Homosensual presents an immense opportunity for the campaign to reach a greater audience. This is primarily because the LGBTQIA+ community has an active website and a massive following on many social media platforms. On its website (homosensual.com), the organization regularly publishes news and information specifically targeted at the LGBTQIA+ community in Mexico. The organization considers itself the most visited LGBTQIA+ online space in Mexico and Latin America (Homosensual, n.d.). The organization has about 1.2 million followers on Facebook, 192,100 followers on Twitter, 139,000 followers on Instagram, and 131,800 followers on Tiktok. With this audience, the campaign is bound to reach many people in Mexico. A newsletter to the subscribers of the organization is an incredible opportunity to raise awareness about the A to Z campaign.
