Introduction
Environment Social and Governance (ESG) principles are important and instrumental when engaging in modern business activities (Kaiser, 2020). Through ESG, there is an emphasis on dealing with aspects like corporate responsibility, how to achieve sustainability, and promote inclusive practices (Oprean-Stan et al., 2020). The importance of this paper is to explore an article and detail the remarkable journey undertaken by Katherine Arblaster, the vice–president of Sustainability and ESG in an organization called Uranium Energy Corp. The sustainability strategies and implementation mechanisms that Arblaster implemented are the main points of discussion in this paper to show how she was dedicated in her career to sustainable growth and inclusion. Further, it is an inspiring text communicating matters of how women in society can excel in worlds that are deemed to be male-dominated (Murphy, 2023). In this time where the issues of equity, diversity, and inclusion are voiced, Katherine's story is exceptional in providing valuable insights and knowledge on how success can be achieved when there is a balanced and diverse working force.
