SWOT Analysis Project Report
The following should be included in your SWOT Analysis Project Presentation:
a) Provide an introduction of your firm, with an overview of the organization itself, its products and services, location, management team, etc., along with its overarching vision, mission, and overall values.
b) Present your SWOT analysis of the various strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for your organization.
c) Include your three levels of organizational goals (e.g. long-term strategies, short-term tactical, and day-to-day operational) and final strategy selection.
d) In addition, develop and include an infographic showcasing the most salient aspects of your knowledge gained.

Includes informative review of background and company history. Helpful overview of values, mission, and values, but could be more specific and detailed. Background is interesting, but not enough information conveyed. Values, mission, and vision are not clearly stated. Little organizational history or background provided. No introduction slide(s) were provided. SWOT Analysis (10 pts) 10 Comprehensive and realistic review of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Good insight and evaluation of each. The SWOT Analysis portion of your project was exceptional! Very well done. What about the other areas to support your SWOT and extend your research? SWOT analysis is comprehensive; but could be more detailed with additional analysis provided regarding element specifics. SWOT criteria are not fully developed and are open to interpretation. More emphasis needed on fully articulating each element. Good list of strategic, tactical, and operational goals presented, but relationship to SWOT analysis is not always clear. Strategic, tactical, and/or operational goals are not presented in a manner reflecting knowledge gained based on SWOT review. Not provided. Why not? Recommended Strategy (10 pts) 0 Exceptional strategy(ies) suggested for your firm based on research completed-to-date. Integrates knowledge gained from SWOT analysis as well as goals suggested. Useful strategy suggestions made based off of research completed-to-date on SWOT analysis and goal review. Could be more expansive and/or comprehensive. Strategy(ies) suggested do not show a useful direction for the firm nor reflect on prior work completed on SWOT analysis or goals. None stated. Infographic (10 pts) 9 Infographic was creative and showed good integration of information displayed. Meaningfully presented a large amount of data. Nice job with this. You might want to consider having your color choices match your PowerPoint presentation colors, as well as place the company name on the Infographic as well. Infographic was helpful in displaying information, but could have provided more integration of data. Presented data efficiently, but could be more engaging. Infographic needs to be more fully developed and expanded. Good start, but not complete or useful in conveying information.
