Cover SheetProject Title: Quality ManagementProject Team: Kaizen
Abstract Kaizen may mean a call that focuses on the ever changing situations towards the realization of improvements from a given point or perspective. There is a need for competition across the globe. However, it can only take place with the consideration of factors such as innovation, cost management and the improved qualities. With such factors in place, developments can, therefore, occur within the shortest time possible (Hill, 2014). The Japan country that invented the Kaizen concepts had very limited resources especially the land; therefore, it had to take a keen interest in the conservation of the waste materials generated from its industries. There is a possibility of making use of the generated wastes into profit; therefore, everyone should actively participate in such activities that aim towards the realization of profit generation from wastes. Since Kaizen implies improvements with the use of the least effort and money spent too, the report, therefore, will present how these concepts become a reality in an organization.
