The Progress of Informal Music Education and Creative Placemaking
I need a literature review related to a research paper, which is generally a summary of extensive reading done before a research paper is set.
At this initial stage of the review, I am looking for links between creative placemaking and music/art education (mainly performing arts), the current state of the creative placemaking environment or community impact on educational development, and to identify research gaps and attempt to identify research questions.
This literature review could be international in scope, for example, to explain how it is done in the West, but ultimately I hope to set the question in China, so some Chinese research may be required, but it could also be reflected in the research gap.
Finally I hope that the literature review will cover enough critical thinking.

The Progress of Informal Music Education and Creative Placemaking
1 Introduction
The progress of out-of-school music education and creative placemaking (CP) is an important and evolving study area. Out-of-school music education refers to music learning that takes place outside of formal educational settings, such as schools and universities. This can include faction-oriented music programs, private music lessons, and self-directed learning (Vazquez, 2012). CP is a concept that involves using music and culture to revitalize and transform communities. This can take the form of public art installations, faction-oriented music estimates, and cultural events. Together, informal music education and CP can create vibrant and livable communities that promote creativity, cultural exchange, and social cohesion.
2 Literature Review
CP includes studies on the impact of faction-oriented music programs on youth progress, the benefits of private art lessons for individuals of all ages, the role of out-of-school music education in promoting social cohesion and cultural exchange, and the effectiveness of CP initiatives in revitalizing communities. Some studies have found that music programs can positively impact youth progress, including increased self-esteem, improved academic performance, and reduced involvement in risky behaviors (Schippers & Bartleet, 2013). Research also suggests that private art lessons can have cognitive and emotional benefits for individuals of all ages, including improved memory, increased emotional regulation, and enhanced creativity. Unique sites are a relatively new area of study. However, research has shown that it can positively impact communities, including increased economic progress, improved social cohesion, and increased civic engagement.

CP can play a crucial role in economic progress by creating vibrant and livable communities through music, culture, and creativity (Matsunobu, 2018). For example, by creating a bustling music district, a social can attract new businesses and entrepreneurs, leading to job creation and increased local tax revenues.

New locations also help to promote social cohesion and cultural exchange within a society. By bringing people together through music and culture, progressive locus can foster a sense of belonging and connectedness among residents, regardless of their background or socioeconomic status. This can be especially beneficial in groups with high poverty levels, crime, or social isolation. In addition, CP can be an effective tool for social revitalization. It can play a crucial role in transforming underutilized or neglected spaces into vibrant and attractive public spaces (Jackma, 2010). For example, by turning an ...
