      Production Organization and Management Name Institution Date   Introduction An event  team is a  group of individuals who work together for a common propose of designing, planning, organizing, running  and delivering the event In events management there are various specialist roles and responsibilities in production, and the event organizers consider the health and safety of the performers and audience or attendees. Additionally, identifying appropriate venues for the live event affects preparation of the performance and peoples’ reception.  Many of the challenges are mostly logistical and related to planning as the specialists already rehearse and prepare thoroughly. Forward planning helps ensure that the live event takes place at an appropriate time and there is management of the various people involved in the live event management. This paper looks into the at the management system of live event including the interaction the live management team members. The Management team The creative committee helps to enhance audience engagement, and includes the videographers, lighting crew, sound crew members, as well as choreographers and even directors. The activities, costumes, entertainment, lights, music, and special effects are part of the theme  while the special equipment are the audio, visual, staging and other requirements as well as the  photography and video(Yeoman, 2015).  The creative team works together with the liaison and even management team to create the excepted outcomes.   Team members in event management are necessary to monitor and moderate the event, where sound moderation and time are part of the live management.  In the operation liaison, the personnel handled the technical support, security and even audience engagement. The trained technical personnel were crucial to the success of the live event and were involved from the beginning to the end.  The event is like a project as a team of people working together with a common objective manage the event operation, and the team members are also successful when they coordinate events.    It is through the theater, the performers represented the rehearsed work highlighting the work of the internal stakeholders from the event manager, site crew, liaison team, stage managers and event assistants.             The event managers and production team were tasked with overseeing the success of the live event from the brief to the final execution. Furthermore, the managers liaise with the contractors and suppliers to ensure the success of the event (Tum, Norton & Wright, 2012).  For the event manager the irregularity and uniqueness of the live events meant that they address such issues and meet the client needs. The event managers should have personal and social skills as they manage different crew members (Fletcher, Dunn & Prince, 2009).
