It was about 25 years ago when a man who could be referred to as a hero called Geraldo Rivera, used a stolen key and got access to Willbrook a state school that was meant for the mentally retarded and was able to expose the cruel treatment these children were exposed to. The situation that these children were subjected to could be described as being cruel, pathetic and humane (Fisher, Par 1).
