Contrary to what most people think, the ideology surrounding White supremacy does not constitute the core of White Identity Politics. In the article written by Jardina (2017), a political science professor at the Duke University, she discussed the relationship between the feeling of belongingness within a group and one’s attitude of liking and/or hostility towards 'outsiders'.
