I believe that it is the nature of people to express their emotions at one time or another. However, how different people express their feelings differs distinctly. Some use such positive means as being empathetic, a good listener, and kind, to name but a few. Others find themselves under the siege of such negative means as being angry, abusive, and violent.
* As for me, how I express my emotions largely depends on the context, but I always endeavor to use positive mechanisms, such as acceptance and forgiveness.
