Vulnerable Populations: Communities or groups more likely to have unfavorable social, health, or economic consequences are referred to as vulnerable populations. These groups are particularly vulnerable to marginalization and prejudice because they frequently encounter structural obstacles and have restricted access to resources. The ADA was passed to address this group's vulnerability and offer legal protections.
