The five sub shops brands that compete in the Richmond VA market space includes the Burger Bach, Five guys restaurants, MacDonald’s, Wendy’s and Burger King. Each of them presents unique branding position features. For example, Burger Bach uniqueness emphasizes on staying healthy and maintaining quality. The company believes in being transparent by showing the ingredients of their definition of a healthy meal. Their branding strive at assuring people that their burgers are healthy and with the ingredients being used one can eat them without feeling guilty or getting worried about their health .
McDonald’s innovation is a trend that keeps them on the move with customers’ desires. The company values transparency. In branding, it leans more on targeting families compared to the broader population. Its branding is geared towards the needs for the new generation. It aims at convincing customers that Macdonald listens to them as they target older people to bring their children at MacDonald so that the children might remain their customers when they are all grown, owing to their experience at MacDonald’s.
Five Guys Restaurants work on a policy of no delivery, meaning that if one needs their product he/she must come and get it.
