Abstract
This analysis uses the May-Can-Should approach to analyze a controversial government policy, specifically abortion. The analysis of policies uses three dimensions: "may," which addresses legality; "can," which addresses practicality; and "should," which addresses ethics and morality. Such an issue as abortion policy requires such a thorough analysis. This paper examines the abortion policy's legality, implementation, and ethical issues. This approach helps examine how worldviews shape abortion laws. The paper examines how different worldviews influence policymaking. It evaluates the delicate balance between legal, practical, and ethical aspects of abortion regulation, exposing its complex interplay. This investigation shows that policy creation is difficult and that worldviews shape federal policies. The abortion policy is a compelling example of the many variables that shape problematic federal regulations.

Abortion Policy Overview
Congress has already implemented and passed the US abortion policy. However, the legality of abortion depends on specific states and not the federal government.
