B. Create a technical communication deliverable for the organization’s executive leadership team that explains the move from a company-owned data center to a cloud environment, including the following:

C. Create a technical communication deliverable for all of the organization’s employees that summarizes the benefits of the move from a company-owned data center to a cloud environment, the innovative technologies involved, and the plan for informational or training sessions for employees.

D. Create a technical communication deliverable for current and potential business customers that explains how the business customer will benefit from the move from a company-owned data center to a cloud environment that includes two graphics (i.e., chart, graph) that support the benefits outlined in the deliverable.
1. In a separate document, justify how the content, structure, and design principles used in this deliverable meet the specific needs of current and potential business customers.

E. Acknowledge sources, using in-text citations and references, for content that is quoted, paraphrased, or summarized.

F. Demonstrate professional communication in the content and presentation of your submission.
LEADERSHIP DELIVERABLE:
For the Leadership communication, pick a format suitable for leadership (such as a Proposal, or a formal Project Update, etc.). Then:
Explain the benefits of moving from a company-owned data center to a cloud environment, with enough detail to enable a leader to make a decision.
You must also include specific explanations of at least two Functional Benefits, of at least two Financial Benefits, and of at least two Innovative Technologies that are part of a cloud migration. You will want to have a separate heading for each of those required points, and you can use the data and dollar amounts from the original PowerPoint, as long as you put everything in your own words.
Be sure and provide a professional opening and closing, regardless of format chosen, and make it look and feel like the real deal.

EMPLOYEE DELIVERABLE:
For the Employees, pick a format suitable for communicating with all employees. Then:
Summarize the benefits of moving from a company-owned data center to a cloud environment in an upbeat way (change is scary).
Summarize two of the innovative technologies involved (and use that term), and how they will make their work lives easier, in a way suitable for all employees.
Be sure and close with a summary of specific plans for upcoming training, to reassure them (you cannot just say training will be announced; the rubric says ‘summarize plans for informational or training sessions’). Provide information about these plans, including dates and times for upcoming training!

CUSTOMER DELIVERABLE:
For your potential and existing Business Customers, pick a format that is suitable for reaching this dual audience. Then:
Announce the upcoming cloud migration. You don’t need a lot of detail here, you are just informing them.
Explain how potential and existing business customers will benefit from this change. You can list the benefits, but they must each be explained, and must include graphics that illustrate what you’re saying.
You must provide at least two graphics that align with and support the specific benefits you list and explain (they must align with and use the same language). These can be images or charts and graphs or tables, but they must visually tell the story of the benefits you are talking about.

JUSTIFICATIONS:
You can put all three justifications in one document, with three headings (Leadership Deliverable Justification, Employee Deliverable Justification, and Customer Deliverable Justification). Then:
Make sure you have these four sub-headings under each justification, since you must justify why you chose what you did for each of these areas, for each audience:
Format
Structural Choices
Design Choices
Content
The evaluators will send your work back unless you explain WHY you did what you did in all four areas, based on what each audience needs.
