Teaching Plan

Learning Goals (3)
Three patient or family-centered learning goals. What do you want the patient/family to learn?
(The patient or family will:)

* Making sure the patient and family understand the ailment is crucial. This includes addressing the medical issue, its effects, treatment options, and outcomes.
* Educate patients and families on medication and therapy (Almeida & Simoes, 2019). Treatment goals, dosing schedule, side effects, and administration are mentioned for each prescription. Specific follow-up sessions, testing, and lifestyle modifications improve therapy success.

Teaching Tools
Description of teaching tools used when teaching the content to the patient or family. And why did you choose the tools?
(Discussion, Q&A, Videos, Pre/Post Test, Handouts, Models, Hands on Skill, etc.)

* Discussing patient and family concerns and experiences. This allows me to ensure the content meets their needs and makes them feel heard and valued.
* Movies explain complex ideas. Animations or real-world settings can show medical operations.
