To Whom It May Concern:
As a supervisor at this facility, I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that nurses and patients are handled with the respect and dignity they deserve. Most importantly, caregivers should take good care of their patients, which begins by establishing and maintaining a trusting relationship. Additionally, they have the mandate to ensure that sick individuals are comfortable and that they are helped whenever in need to facilitate smooth treatment and recovery.
In regard to the above statements, I am not contented with the behavior of one of my nurses who was working in the South Unit on 06/10/2023. The caregiver was responsible to take care of a patient who fell on the floor and stayed unattended for about 40 minutes.
