The translation of evidence and evidence-based organization polices into clinical practice can be a challenge for professionals and healthcare systems (Melnyk, Fineout-Overholt, Gallagher-Ford, & Stillwell, 2011). However, there are various ways in which to disseminate information or the best available evidence. One process of dissemination at the hospital or organizational level is via committee meetings. Committee meetings are appropriate for dissemination of evidence to a small or large number of participants. Presenters can find it stressful to present evidence-based information to fellow professionals, thus adequate preparation is key (Melnyk, & Fineout-Overholt, 2018). Publication of articles is another strategy that may be used to disseminate evidence. To begin with professionals may wish to work with others on publication to gain experience. Individuals who find publication of evidence overwhelming should seek to find a mentor. Mentors are beneficial and can guide the novice writer throughout the entire process (Melnyk, & Fineout-Overholt, 2018). In consideration of strategies to disseminate evidence, we should know that evidence-based practice (EBP) results in better patient outcomes, a crucial competency for healthcare providers, and is an essential component of professional nursing (Newhouse, Dearholt, Poe, Pugh, & White, 2007).

Incorporating evidence-based practice (EBP) into the current healthcare system hastened the adoption of patient-centered care to improve patients' health. It helps physicians, especially nurses, provide the highest possible healthcare quality and safety while improving patient outcomes. Melnyk et al. (2017) claimed that nurses who engage in evidence-based practice (EBP) and establish a culture of EBP exhibit empowerment, which makes a discernible impact on the quality of care they provide to their patients.
Two Dissemination Strategies
Podium Presentations
As a result of its widespread use at the community, regional, and national levels, podium presentation makes it possible for evidence-based practice results to be communicated all over the globe (Betz et al., 2018). Additionally, it allows for various data for audiences, which is essential to get people interested in the study's conclusions. Data preservation makes it possible for the presenter to get feedback on the results of the investigation (Williams & Cullen, 2016). For instance, in evidence-based practice, a Podium presentation is given in the Graduate Nurse Residency Program. The Graduate Nurse Residency Program focuses on recently graduated nursing students in their first year of professional nursing practice. The podium presentation allows graduate nurses to develop a researchable PICOT question based on completed evidence-based research projects on selected healthcare problems that arise inside the nursing units weeks before the actual presentation. The data collected on the pieces of evidence that are going to be applied.
Poster Presentations
Posters are more cost-effective than other forms of communication because they use designated spaces to disseminate information to audiences. As a result, it is much simpler and more convenient for viewers to check the news frequently and frequently when they feel the need to do so. For instance, the poster presentation method alerts staff members about recently formulated scheduling standards. Therefore, reprimand any staff member who does not comply with the directions and stick to them.
Least Inclined Dissemination Strategy
The online modules that need reading and a check-off box of yes and no are the least inclined distribution technique I will utilize as my platform in EBP transformation. This conclusion bases on my previous experiences. Melnyk and Fineout-Overholt (2018) asserted that instead of welcoming change and cultivating a climate conducive to evidence-based practice (EBP), both achieve the highest possible levels of quality and safety in healthcare and empower clinicians.
Two Barriers and How to Overcome
When employing podium presentations, one potential challenge is the restricted number of clinical leaders in attendance at the EBP presentation. Due to the low number of attendees at podium speeches, evidence-based practice data cannot get implemented. A further impediment is the possibility that the allotted amount of time may get constrained during the presentation. Because of the time constraints, it will be more difficult for presenters to convey meaningful information in time. One strategy for overcoming these obstacles would be to ensure that clinical leaders have sufficient time to attend the event and provide speakers more time to convey information to the audience.
Another issue is that there is not enough room to publish the presentation. The ever-evolving nature of the healthcare industry and the constant creation of new regulations and protocols may make it difficult to disseminate information to employees via the use of places designated for the exhibition of posters. In conclusion, in order to provide patients the highest possible level of care, nurses and other members of the staff need methods by which they can better interpret information. Having a sufficient number of advocates for the EBP's implementation is one technique to circumvent the obstacles that stand in the way of its use.

This way, it would be possible to mitigate the barriers to disseminating EBP within the organization and the healthcare system at large. When publishing an article to share the change across the organization, EBP mentors could offer system- and organizational-wide support to ensure EBP execution and sustainability in the facility (Melnyk et al., 2011).
